Welcome to our secure online headshot booking tool. Select your service from the available options. You will be required to register if you are a new user. A deposit will also be required. You will be able to use Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express to make the payment.
Please note I shoot headshots at your location. This could be your home or office; space required is about six feet square. Ideally this would be a living area, office conference room or lobby, or if you are a realtor a vacant listing is ideal. Studio space can be made available upon request. You will receive a confirmation phone call to determine the shoot location best for you.

Hair & Makeup
I Shoot Close Up
Professional hair and makeup can make or break a headshot, therefore it is highly recommended (as in just short of required) for women. While optional for men its up to you guys if you think you need it.
My lighting is a specific color temperature, meaning its different than yours at home or at the department store makeup counter. My dressing room lighting is the exact color temperature of the lights I shoot with. This way your makeup artist can see exactly how you will look in my lights and apply accordingly.
You are welcome to hire any hair and makeup stylist you wish, I’ve worked with a lot of super artists. If you need a recommendation go with my A-Team, Duality Artistry. Dani and her team are highly experienced working photo shoots and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Rates are reasonable and the results priceless. You must book your hair and makeup separate from the headshot session. Go to Duality Artistry or call 801-557-0054 for more information and booking.
Should you book a hair and makeup session for your shoot you must let us know. We will reserve the dressing room for one hour prior to your scheduled headshot session.

Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Power 30 is $75, Pro Headshot $125 and Corporate $175 per person.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation and re-booking. We are happy to accommodate schedule changes in advance of 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. Further information is available in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please be certain you want to work with me prior to booking and paying the deposit
You are free to move your schedule around as long as you are outside of 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you request a reschedule 72 to 48 hours prior you will incur a 20% surcharge above the agreed rate. Should you reschedule 48 – 24 hours prior to your shoot we will add a 35% surcharge to your rate, regardless of the reason for the move. If you request a reschedule inside of 24 hours of your session you will incur a 50% surcharge to your rate regardless of the reason for the move.
