Nothing I tried at home, nor my prior experience with a "passport photo" type of studio, came close in quality or rendering as did Steve's business photo of me. It is not just about the camera. The posture, expression, and garment colors of the subject, as well as the ambient lighting, are the elements that determine whether you appear younger vs older, tired vs refreshed, etc. Steve was very patient and meticulous in his work, encouraging me to stay engaged while he quietly but tirelessly persisted in creating a quality photograph.
